Q: Where can I obtain an application?

A: 1. You can obtain an application at our office located at 542-A North Marine         Corps Drive, Upper Tumon, Guam 96913.

Q: Who can apply for CLTC land?

A: Anyone who meets the following requirements can apply.

• Must be 18 yrs of age or older

• Must be a Native Chamorro or a descendant of a Native Chamorro.

• Must pay a $50 non-refundable fee to process application.

Q: What if I already applied for CLTC?

A: Call our office at 642-4292 to find out the status of your application.

Q: What if I don't live on Guam but I'm interested in your program, can I still apply?

A: Yes, you may still apply as long as you are 18 yrs of age, a native Chamorro or a     descendant, and must pay the $50 non-refundable fee to
    process your application.

Q: I'm a CLTC applicant and I'm leaving the island for a couple of years. How will I be notified if you reached my application?

A:

• We notify you by phone or mail out a letter.

• Please keep your contact numbers and mailing address updated

• You can also assign a Special power attorney to someone who is on Guam to update any information needed
