The Chamorro Land Trust Commission (CLTC) is tasked with the responsibility of administering the effective and responsible use of our public lands. Through the residential and agricultural lease programs, and our commercial license procedures, our Trust lands are placed in the capable hands of lessees who exercise good judgment in its use, maintenance and productivity
